Zines

Jutchy Ya Ya is what you might call my "flagship" zine - I try to put one out every month, but sometimes it's a bit longer between drinks.

Before Jutchy Ya Ya there was Duck Fat, which almost made it to three issues, but the embarrassment of four years between issues was too much, and I had to put it out of its misery.

Since then I've done a few different things that come under the broad (and heavily debated by academia) umbrella of 'zines'. This is them.

Jutchy Ya Ya Duck Fat  The Day Hal Hartley Refused to Play Along with my (in hindsight ill-advised) Attempts to Encourage him to Behave in a Somewhat Ridiculous but Ultimately Sporting and Humourous Manner, Perhaps Because He Felt that I was in Some Way Mocking Him.  What Astronauts Wear   Turtle Soup
(Click on zine covers to check out sample pages)

You can also download an article on how to make your own zine from the zine anthology Chimp Frenzy.

All of these zines are available for sale or trade, except for Jutchy Ya Ya, which is free to anyone who sends me something interesting in the mail, and Chimp Frenzy, which is out of print. If you want to swap or buy some, then email me for details.

Jutchy Ya Ya

The rules are simple. Fill eight pages with whatever comes into my head. Try to get an issue done as quickly as possible. The results are unpredictable, but fun. If you want one, send me a stamp or something interesting in the mail. (email for details)

#32: "leftover sunday"
#33: "add ten, then take away one"
#34: "this is NOT a safety device"
#35: "ACME Thunderer"
#36: "khit-laeo-ko-chai-hai" *NEW!*

Duck Fat

My first zine. Somewhat clumsy in execution. Here's a couple of the more competently executed interviews.
